Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a trained Reiki Master, uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy, (known as life force energy), through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.
It works on the principle that energy exists inside and around all of us, and when you get stressed or experience any sort of trauma, it can become depleted or get stuck.
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body, and restore physical and emotional well-being.

It can help people gain clarity on their life purpose or karmic cycles, and can help them identify and address energy blocks. Using quartz crystal singing bowls, tuned to 432 hertz in each of the 7 primary chakra keys, along with a 528 hertz bowl that assists with easing different levels of physical pains, hurts, and overall health. These are offered in individual, couples, and group sessions. Sound healing is a sacred experience. Please allow yourself the space after to be gentle on yourself. Drink lots of water and high vibrational fluids like green teas, lemon or cucumber water, etc. These sessions can also include a mix of meditation and Reiki based on what we co-create at the beginning of the session to serve your highest best. **Please note, group sessions are only available for reservation by contacting us directly at 320.217.0260. Business sessions off site are available for your next employee educational day as well!
Energetic Flow Reiki Sessions

This sacred time together includes an assessment of each of your 7 primary energy centers, known as Chakras, along with intuitive messages for each. During our beautiful time together, you will be encompassed with the loving energetic flow of reiki healing energy while relaxing into a comfortable physical space. This session will bring you into deeper awareness of self, and can be described as an energetic hug for your whole being: body, mind, soul, and spirit.
Fountainous Flow Empowerment Sessions
Individual Sessions Only - $111
These one-on-one sessions are for cultivating a deep nurturing relationship with self, by tapping into the wondrous gifts found within. This session is a conduit to cultivating deeper Self-Love, and the ability to move through life with more ease, grace, and gentleness. Fountaining is when we can, (just like a fountain does), flow our light out into the world and allow light to pour back in. It is a magnet for manifesting, healing, flowing in alignment and simply being fully present in each moment. This session will give you insight into where energy leaks currently are, a vision of what is in alignment for you and leave you feeling empowered and supported as you flow from there. Where your attention goes there too your energy flows. This is an empowerment session and is intended for those ready to shift their lives into a higher vibrational flow, while coming into acceptance of all of life’s natural high and low rhythms from a space of self-empowerment and conscious being.

This sacred space is for those new, or tapped into meditation and looking to get started, or to grow deeper in your own personal meditation journey. The beauty of meditation is that there are various methods of doing so from rhythmic sound, to visualization, aligned affirmations, and more. There is undoubtedly a method that you will discover to be right and true for you! Our time together is a space for co-creation, self-discovery, learning your primary method of meditation, including a personalized meditation created just for you, and tapping into yummy energy to give your everyday living a boost of high vibrational flow. Meditation is here for everyone, and is a great tool for recentering throughout your day. It can be done in as little as 60 seconds during a lunch break, 30 minutes before you start your day, or whatever time you have to give to it in a way that serves your greatest good on any given day.
Divinely Guided Card Readings

This sacred time together is all about tapping into the energy of the Divine and your Spirit Guides, to give you messages for whatever it is you wish to seek guidance from them on. It includes an intuitive card pull from various beautiful decks of Oracle cards, channeled messages and inspiration for your day. This is a great space for getting confirmation, receiving messages from the other side and just empowerment for your visions of what you’re trying to cultivate in life or release on out. It’s an uplifted time together to co-create the messages you are ready to hear! You will also be given information on an intuitive crystal to work with after our session as well as an affirmation for encouragement in your path forward. These sessions are 30 minutes each.
